Third-party delivery services entered into the restaurant scene years ago with the goal of taking the delivery process off the shoulders of restaurants. More recently though, these third-party giants have made headlines for the frustrations that they have caused restaurants, making everyone wonder if they are really worth the cost. Now that the COVID-19 pandemic has put restaurants in an even tighter financial position, could this be a turning point for those using the third-party delivery model?
