Haus is a super cool venue in downtown NYC that’s been on the scene just about a year. They’ve made a big splash on the nightclub scene and aren’t going anywhere. Their Director of Events, Nicole Gordon, recently started using Tripleseat to manage their influx of events. She sat down with Tripleseat to answer some questions about using the product in her daily operation.
What was life like BEFORE Tripleseat?
I have used Delphi and Opera and I find TS much easier and user friendly.
How has Tripleseat made your job better, be specific?
I enjoy the contact features, calendars and general organization of TS.
How many events do you do in a month?
Varies during season but on slow months 3 to 5
How long did it take you to do a BEO BEFORE Tripleseat? and with Tripleseat how long?
Delphi is a much more complicated system so I can say that TS has cut the time in half to generate a BEO.
What do you do with the time you save by using Tripleseat?
Cold call and research and source additional business.
Any other thoughts about Tripleseat?
It is probably the easiest system I have worked on.
