Data can tell you a lot about your events business. But are you using it the right way to make smarter decisions?
Charlee Williamson, Executive Vice President of the Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group, says that events businesses need to do more to make sure they’re on track to bring in more revenue.
“If you’re not thinking about the business case, the use case for this, then you’re missing the point of data analysis and the insights it can provide your business,” Williamson said. “If you’ve got demand, you have to be smarter about what business you’re going to take so you’re maximizing your potential. ”
Williamson recently spoke at Tripleseat’s annual EventCamp and shared her secrets on how to dig deeper into data to find the opportunities and trends your restaurant can take advantage of and grow your business.
