New Feature! Takeout and Delivery Lead Form

In an effort to continue to support our customers in any way we can, we’ve introduced a new lead form feature to facilitate delivery and takeout services. Check out these step by step instructions along with a quick video tutorial to get you started.

First, you’ll need to set up the delivery and takeout lead form by going to Settings>Lead Form> + New Event Lead Form OR you can click Edit next to an already existing lead form. From here you’ll scroll down to Delivery Method Options. There are three options set up for you: In-house (default for how the lead form currently works for private events), Delivery, and Pickup.

We recommend creating a lead form for delivery and pickup only by unchecking in-house. There is also a text box for Availability Information. This is where we suggest you add your current hours, links to your menus, and any other information pertinent to your takeout and delivery business. Next, you’ll click Create. Your lead form is now ready to add to your website and social media platforms.

Once your takeout and delivery lead form is live, new leads will flow in as they normally would; as an email to users who receive lead notifications, and to your Tripleseat dashboard.

Now that you’ve got a new lead form dedicated to your takeout and delivery services, it’s important to add this lead form to your website, email communication, and to any social media platform you utilize. Simply copy the takeout and delivery lead form URL and paste it into marketing emails, in your Facebook posts and bio, Instagram bio, LinkedIn account, or any other platform you use to reach customers.
