Recently I sat down with Taste Restaurant owner and manager Jon Firmature, to chat about the many reasons why they love using Tripleseat in their restaurant to manage their private dining and catering business.
[An] Omaha original restaurant, Taste believes in using fresh, local ingredients. Our farm-to-fork vision of creating unique fresh dishes by using local produce is incorporated in our exclusive menu. Working with nature, Taste believes its use of seasonal selections sets the bistro ahead of the competition.
They have a private dining space, book out sections of the restaurant, and handle off-site catering, quickly and easily from within Tripleseat – all while keeping his entire staff on the same page. Jon sums it up best when he says:
If we update a party that’s gone from 40 to 50, he [the chef] knows immediately … we can be in 5 different locations and we’re all on the same page.
