Tripleseat’s IDE Group was founded with the intention of fostering a company-wide culture centered around inclusion, diversity, and equity, empowering all team members to realize the full potential of themselves and others.
With twice monthly roundtable meetings and weekly inclusion discussions we hope to continue to learn and grow from one another while educating others at Tripleseat on the importance of our mission. We’re certainly not perfect, but we’ll work hard to be equitable.
Life as a working parent is incredibly fulfilling, but it isn’t always easy. We created this group not only as a place to share advice, and kid friendly activities, but also as a safe haven for moms and dads to vent and let it all out without the fear of being judged.

We’re not just dog lovers at Tripleseat, we love our feline friends as well. So we created a channel just for cats, lovers of cats, and parents of cats.
