As a Professional Services Representative at Tripleseat you will join a team of forward thinking customer success specialists. As one of the first touches from the Customer Success Team, you will be instrumental in helping set the tone of Tripleseat’s exemplary support and service that contributes to our 99.3% renewal rate.
What you will do:
- Communicate directly with customers to obtain the necessary information to set them up on our platform.
- Create, optimize & customize the customer’s Tripleseat site for maximum efficiency.
- Work closely with Onboarding/Training Specialists, Sales and Account Management
- Ensure installation criteria is complete prior to transitioning to the Onboarding Team.
- Support Onboarding Team with site edits and customer follow up as needed.
What we are looking for:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience with time spent in a customer facing role.
- Comfortable with web-based software tools such as Slack, Salesforce, and Basecamp
- Impeccable follow up skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and with other Onboarding Team members while managing multiple workflows.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping your sense of humor
- Hospitality industry experience with knowledge of Private Events, Sales & Catering Departments a plus.
