Job Description

Tripleseat is a Sales and Event Management web application for hotels, restaurants and unique venues. With over 5,000 venues Tripleseat is the fastest growing Sales and Event Management company and we are looking to grow even faster.

What you will do:

  • Manage the budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, implementation, and business strategic analysis of the financial team
  • Conduct financial analysis, modeling, forecasting and reporting efforts to ensure efficient financial operations
  • Review analysis results, develop insightful suggestions for sourcing, cost reduction, potential investments and lead strategic business decisions
  • Prepare reporting for investors and other designated users of financial information
  • Interact with organization and team leaders to develop and monitor action-oriented budgets, ensuring spending control
  • Ad hoc analysis and projects
  • Develop budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure

 

What we are looking for:

  • 3 to 8 years experience
  • CPA preferred, public/private mix a plus
  • Experience using NetSuite and Salesforce a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and work hard in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Thinker/Analyst who finds solutions rather than problems
  • Positive, proactive and professional attitude
  • Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sense of humor
