Tripleseat is a Sales and Event Management web application for hotels, restaurants and unique venues. With over 5,000 venues Tripleseat is the fastest growing Sales and Event Management company and we are looking to grow even faster. Tripleseat is looking for an Inside Sales Representative who is willing to work the full sales funnel from lead generation to close. What you will do:

  • Responsible for Tripleseat subscription revenue for the assigned territory and accounts (restaurants and unique venues) to achieve and/or exceed the revenue quota
  • Responsible for prospecting in the assigned territory
  • Responsible for coordinating closely with Tripleseat counterparts in consulting, inside sales, and support sales to maximize Tripleseat’s revenue capture from customers and prospects in the assigned territory
  • Use formal professional selling practices and tools
  • Update and maintain CRM database and provide accurate weekly reports reflecting territory and pipeline status

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills: verbal and written
  • Present and demonstrate the value Tripleseat software
  • Have strong objection handling skills
  • Establish and manage executive level customer relationships
  • Create pipeline by cold calling, cold emailing, and setting meetings
  • The ability to present technical concepts in a clear manner to customers and sales team
  • Able to resolve complex problems and think quickly on your feet
  • Multi-task oriented and self-started attitude
  • An effective team player that has the ability to work well with Sales team, Consulting, Customer Support Group, Development, Marketing and Sales Management
  • Ability to develop strategies, and execute
  • Sense of Humor
