Tripleseat Release Notes: September 2019

We’ve been working hard here at Tripleseat HQ to bring you guys some big feature releases in 2020. But, until then, we have an exciting one for our hotel customers that we announced in September.

Location Filters on the GRC Event Timeline

This new release on our Guest Room Control (GRC) feature will enable you to add and see all of the locations within your group when booking hotel guests. These locations may not associate with guest rooms, but the meeting spaces or event rooms and areas can be added to complete the total booking experience of your guests. Check out the video below for a quick clip on how it works.

Monthly feature release Fireside Chats on Facebook Live

Want more information regarding new feature releases? Ask questions in real time by joining our monthly fireside chats on Facebook Live. We’ll talk about all of the new releases from the previous month and go into depth about why we made these updates and how they’ll benefit our users. As active participants, you’ll be able to ask questions by typing in the comments section and get immediate answers from our panel of experts.
