Tripleseat Ranked Among Best Places to Work in Boston in 2019, According to Boston Business Journal

Tripleseat, the leading web-based event sales and management platform with over 5,000 venues, was identified as one of 2019’s Best Places to Work in Boston according to the Boston Business Journal. Winners were selected based on a series of comprehensive workplace questions related to the critical themes of corporate culture like communication and resources, individual needs, manager effectiveness, personal engagement, team dynamics, and trust in leadership. Employee responses ultimately determined the rankings of the best companies in each category.

With 35 employees based in Massachusetts and over 30 scattered across the US, Tripleseat works with 55,000 event sales managers in more than 5,000 restaurants, hotels, and unique venues across the nation. An easy-to-use application set out to streamline the planning process from start to a guaranteed successful finish, Tripleseat has helped venues book over 5.8 million events worth more than $6 billion in revenue and increase their event sales by over 50 percent.

“Being recognized by the Boston Business Journal is a testament to how hard we’ve worked to create a strong company culture at Tripleseat. We’ve put in a great deal of effort to give our employees the benefits that create a fun work environment, a sense of community in the workplace, and work-life balance. We have a full bar and kitchen used for communal lunches and office parties and when employees need a little downtime, they can take a break, play basketball, video games, and tabletop shuffleboard,” said Jonathan Morse, CEO of Tripleseat. “Plus, it’s a dog-friendly workplace so there’s always a few pups around to play with! There’s a reason we have a 99% retention rate with our employees.”

The Boston Business Journal will recognize this year’s honorees during its annual Best Places to Work event scheduled for the evening of June 19 at the Head of Concourse at the World Trade Center in Boston. For more information, please see here.
