What was life like BEFORE Tripleseat? Our parties were booked in a notebook. If the notebook was missing, we just had to guess that there was nothing scheduled on a certain date. Our room got double booked more than once… and it was costly.
How has Tripleseat made your job better? Everything is organized. I can track my sales and guest counts, the chef can pop in and see what the whole month ahead looks like. Details rarely get missed.
Has Tripleseat helped you increase your sales? By how much (% wise) I don’t have an exact number, but I would say that our sales have gone up at least 50%, because we are able to make a second contact with guests that show interest but don’t book right away.
What would you do if Tripleseat was taken away from you? I don’t think that I would be able to do any sales of the room. I would be spending all of my time keeping it all straight…
How many events do you do in a month? This varies from 15-45 depending on the month.
How long did it take you to do a BEO BEFORE Tripleseat? and with Tripleseat how long? Before, there was no BEO. We just had to be here to make sure that our notes got transferred into reality. Now, it takes 3 minutes…and nothing gets missed.
What do you do with the time you save by using Tripleseat? SALES! It’s nice to reach out to people more.
Any other thoughts about Tripleseat? Highly recommend it. What a great tool! Tripleseat keeps me organized enough that I can TAKE A VACATION! and not worry that my fellow managers will miss anything. AND I can access it from anywhere, so if I need to make changes while I’m out of the office, it’s easy and worry free!
