Vintner Grill is one of Las Vegas’ finest off-Strip restaurants serving excellent American fare with European influences. Patrick Bryant, Director Of Special Events and Catering at Michael Corrigan Restaurant Group, does his fair share of events at these very busy Las Vegas properties. He shares with us his thoughts of life with Tripleseat.

What was life like BEFORE Tripleseat? I was doing everything with a manual doc and it was time consuming and more room for errors. At one point I told my owner I could not take any more businesses I was so behind on contracts.

How has Tripleseat made your job better? And then came Tripleseat into my life – the documents that were taking me so long to complete I was doing in less than 7 minutes. Then Tripleseat creates 5 of the most important docs that guests request – I can now fly though all my proposals, guests are loving it and they are getting what they want in minutes and in real time.

What would you do if Tripleseat was taken away from you? I could not even fathom a answer for this.

How many events do you do in a month? 30

How long did it take you to do a BEO BEFORE Tripleseat? and with Tripleseat how long? About 15-20 minutes before Tripleseat and now less than 4 – 5 minutes with Tripleseat at most times.

What do you do with the time you save by using Tripleseat? I actually can sit and have a lunch now

Any other thoughts about Tripleseat? It keeps getting better and better !!!!!!
