Tripleseat Customer Spotlight – LDV Hospitality
LDV Hospitality has some of the hottest restaurants, bars, and lounges across the country. They do a large volume of private events on any given week. Ashley Noor joined LDV as the Director of Marketing & Events with the initiative to identify global branding opportunities for all existing LDV brands and connect them within the marketplace. Ashley oversees all aspects of the events and marketing department, including strategic partnerships, internal/external events, graphic design and digital/social marketing. Ashley spoke to us about how Tripleseat has improved her productivity and overall event management at work.
What was life like BEFORE Tripleseat?
Impossible. When I started, the company was making contacts manually in Excel and there was no calendar management system. It was virtually impossible to keep up with the demand of requests coming in and stay organized.
How has Tripleseat made your job better?
It changed the way our company functioned when communicating and handling events. I was able to get back to customers faster with better information, was able to manage our leads and organize their contracts to be clear and professional, our manager and chefs began using the system to see the calendar and look at the BEOs.
Has Tripleseat helped you increase your sales? By how much?
It’s tough to say because we opened a few more restaurants at the same time that we took on Tripleseat, but I have been able to convert much more leads into business because of being organized with Tripleseat. The Tripleseat lead form is an amazing tool.
What would you do if Tripleseat was taken away from you?
I would find another job if there was not an option to have an event software management system. We have looked at several others as well, and to be honest Tripleseat just offers the most functionality for a large hospitality group.
How many events do you do in a month?
75-100 depending on the month
How long did it take you to do a BEO before Tripleseat? And with Tripleseat how long?
Before at least an hour. With Tripleseat no more than 10 minutes, depending on how much detail is required.
What do you do with the time you save by using Tripleseat?
Our team has more time to do outreach and sell, and we do not require as many admin people to be in the office to support the system.
Any other thoughts about us?
The setup is really simple and the team has been very helpful in the process. It’s user friendly and makes us feel like we have a team of people supporting us.
