After much development and tweaks SmartDoc billing upgrade is available now. This is a major upgrade for the Smartdocs with many new features. So without further delay here are some of the highlights:
- Create any Billing Details you want e.g. Tax, Gratuity, Admin Fees, Service Fees
- Create any Categories you can think of for Picklist Line Items e.g. Food, Beverage, Audio Visual, Staff
- Automatically have the Picklist Line Items be tagged with Categories and Billing Details e.g Hamburger will be tagged with “Food” and have “Tax” and “Gratuity” calculated
- Create subtotals on the fly
- Change the order or delete Picklists
- Customize the look for the Billing Details for your Views
- All Categories will be automatically totaled e.g. Total Food is $500
- All Billing details will be automatically totaled e.g. Total for Food is $500 and tax is 10% so total tax is $50
- Deposits will be automatically subtracted from the grand total
- Price per person will be automatically calculated by dividing the total (before taxes and gratuity) by the gaurantee
- Actual Amount, Deposit,Grand Total and Price Per Person will now automatically show on the Booking Page and will dynamically change if the SmartDoc is updated.
