There’s been a lot of changes in the hospitality industry this week. More states and cities are reopening businesses, while some are pulling back after a rebound of coronavirus cases. And, while restaurants adjust their operations to provide a safe experience, their employees have been put on the spot for enforcing social distancing and safety standards at some venues.
