Having a successful restaurant takes a lot more than a love for food.
Steve DiFillippo, CEO of Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse Restaurants, shared with us his wildly engaging story of starting and running a successful restaurant and living life to the fullest along the way during Tripleseat’s second annual EventCamp.
DiFillippo shared tips and stories that focused on the passion and drive that restaurant and event professionals need to achieve success. One of the keys is to always be on and active when it comes to sales. DiFillippo spends time in his restaurants and in the community instead of an office.
“I just think everything’s on the table with sales … it’s important to keep going and going. You never stop.” DiFillippo said.
