Cocktail of the Week: The Thanksgiving Spritz

In honor of Thanksgiving being only one week away, and because we know you can never have enough alcohol at the dinner table, we’re giving you a simple cocktail recipe that will please all of the adults in your clan. This drink actually comes to us from Tripleseat support team member, Ally Dettorre, who makes it every Thanksgiving for her family and friends.

Ingredients

  • Prosecco (make sure it is well-chilled)
  • Elderflower liqueur (I think St. Germaine works best)
  • Pomegranate juice
  • Fresh cranberries and sprigs of rosemary for garnish

Start by pouring 1/4 ounce of the elderflower liqueur into a champagne flute or coupe glass. Top with prosecco and add 1/4 ounce of pomegranate juice. Stir with the end of a bar spoon to activate fizz and top with a fresh cranberry and sprig of rosemary.

Now sit back, relax, and feel the stress of spending an entire day with your extended family melt away.

In case you missed it live, see below to watch Ally make her Thanksgiving Spritz on our most recent episode of Cocktails with Kate. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
