Junoon, which means passion, is the fruit of Rajesh Bhardwaj’s lifelong passion for excellence. He has brought together a team who share his vision to create a restaurant that showcases the glories of centuries of Indian culture.

Junoon delivers on the promise of its moniker with an authentic, yet elegant approach to Indian cuisine. Created by Executive Chef Vikas Khanna, Junoon’s menu showcases the five celebrated cooking elements from India’s vast culinary regions: Tandoor (Clay Oven), Sigri (Open Fire Pit), Patthar (Stone Cooking), Tawa (Cast Iron Cooking) and Handi (Pot Cooking).

Guests of Junoon are treated to a dining experience defined by impeccable service in a graceful, transcendent setting. The feeling is distinctly modern and yet filled with respect for ancient tradition. Each element in the design has been thoughtfully orchestrated to create a sensuous feeling of elegance and ease, comfort and luxury.
