How does the 30-day free trial work?

The 30-day free trial allows you to try Tripleseat with your company or team for 30 days for free. If you choose to continue using Tripleseat after your 30-day free trial, you will be billed $89.00 per month for every restaurant unit you're managing with Tripleseat. You can cancel at any time and there is no long-term obligation, whatsoever.

Do I need a credit card to sign up? What types of payment do you accept?

After your 30-day free trial is over, we will invoice you on a monthly basis. We currently do not accept credit card payment. Email support if you have any questions on payment options.

Are there any long-term commitments? Can I cancel at any time?

Tripleseat is an on-demand application, so you only pay monthly as you go. Although we would hate to see you go, you can cancel your account any time by emailing support.
