    There is a $500 setup fee. Our account specialists will work with you to get up and running on the system, with all your documents created and bookings imported.

  • What types of payments do you accept?

    We can invoice and you can pay by check, or you can use a credit card.

  • If I cancel my account after the trial, will I be charged?

    No. You will not be charged. You can try out Tripleseat for 14 days risk-free.

  • Can I cancel my account anytime?

    Yes. There are no long term contracts, and although we would hate to see you go, you can cancel your account at any time.

  • Is there any hardware to buy or additional costs?

    You access Tripleseat using a standard web browser. We require no specialized hardware other than a computer with internet access.

  • Do you offer any type of discount?
