Is there a set up fee? There is a $500 setup fee. Our account specialists will work with you to get up and running on the system, with all your documents created and bookings imported.

What types of payments do you accept? We can invoice and you can pay by check, or you can use a credit card.

If I cancel my account after the trial, will I be charged? No you will not be charged. You can try out Tripleseat for 14 days risk-free.

Can I cancel my account anytime? Yes. There are no long term contracts, and although we would hate to see you go, you can cancel your account at any time.

Is there any hardware to buy or additional costs? You access Tripleseat using a standard web browser. We require no specialized hardware other than a computer with internet access.
