Jonathan Morse
Tripleseat's managing partner and founder Jonathan Morse knows that to provide deep value to the end-user, technology has to be easy to use. It's an understanding that comes from his own experiences working in the hospitality industry as a catering sales manager, front office manager and corporate sales executive for companies like Marriott Hotels, Starwood Hotels, Bertucci's and Back Bay Restaurant Group, developing the necessary expertise to run a successful sales and banquet business.
What's more, Jonathan served as vice president of sales for a business intelligence software company that focused on the restaurant industry. So he was able to see first-hand that managers and chefs did not have the necessary tools to run their private dining and catering operations efficiently. Not only did bottom lines suffer, the front and back-of-house teams spent more time in the office shuffling papers than in the dining room developing sales and serving customers.
To address these problems, Jonathan founded Tripleseat to team with co-founders Dusty Davidson and Kevin Zink to develop a revolutionary tool – an easy-to-use Web based software solution to empower food and beverage operators to save valuable time, drive sales and provide outstanding hospitality to their guests. Today, he has grown his company to include three offices nationwide, supporting users across the United States.
