We recently did a brief survey of all our users and the results are in. We asked some simple direct questions like “Would you recommend Tripleseat?”, “Do you get your questions answered in a timely fashion?”, “What do you want to see next in Tripleseat?” and “What do you like about Tripleseat?”
On Question #1 “Would you recommend Tripleseat?” We scored a 96% of users that said “Yes”
On Question #2 “Do you get your questions answered in a timely fashion?” We scored 98%!
#3 Was “What do you want to see next in Tripleseat?”
#1) Was a iphone app
#2) Ability to create multiple events to a single Booking
#3) Ability for a Booking and Event to span multiple days#
#4) Add the room name to the Calendar (not the Event Name
The final question was “What do you like about Tripleseat?” We received a ton of responses. Too many to post but here is a sample:

- Scott Crivella – Cava / Sugo / Olazzo No secret I’m a big fan as evidenced by the 3 different venues/entities I have using the system! Love the ability to copy bookings for repeat clients. Saves me a ton of time. A lot of my clients like the real-time updating with their orders when they make changes. The whole thing allows me to be organized and timely in turning around orders.
- Our change over from Daylight is going well. Really like that I can pull up Tripleseat on any computer. It has been very user friendly and the banquet team is adjusting well. LOVE the fact we can get in and change the billing items and what reflects on the invoice. MUCH better thatn our old Daylight system. THANKS for all of y’all hard work. - Before I had access to this software, I was doing everything by pen and paper calendar! This had made my private event planning so much easier and much more organized. I have all of my contacts listed with all of their information right in one spot and I don’t have to worry about loosing any information!
