2016 Let's Do This

There is no doubt that last year was a great year for Tripleseat. We had TRIPLE digit growth in the number of new units, 99% renewal rate from our current customers and written over 100,000 lines of code. Our customers had a great year too with  240,000 leads captured, the average event amount sky rocketed from $3,500 in 2014 to $7,000 in 2015 and the average price per person jumped to $90 per person.

What is next for Tripleseat in 2016? I am glad you asked. Our Development plans include a complete redesign of the software. While we have added new features last year we have not changed the “look” of the software that much. The purpose of the re-design is not just to make it “prettier” but to add function to the layout of the software. The page will expand or contract depending on the size of the screen you are working with, we will be able to add alerts easier and using a mobile phone will become a much better experience. We will also be adding new features to the software, specifically around the area of Leads. We will make the ability to respond to a lead faster and have the communication like delivering Proposals to the prospects easier.

Our marketing of our Venue Directory site will continue. We have delivered close to one million leads to our customers. In 2016 we have doubled our marketing budget for marketing efforts to drive leads. We are ranked #3 for key words like “private dining in Boston, private dining in San Francisco and private dining in mn etc” Our web traffic continues to grow exceeding 100,000 visitors to the Venue Directory a month and our Venue blog has on average 3,000 views per post. We are the only company that has 2 bloggers dedicated to writing about Tripleseat customers and we are going to add a third blogger this year.

Our support in 2016 will get even better. We have achieved our goal of answering and solving calls and tickets in under an hour. In 2016 we will raise the bar to answer tickets in less than 30 minutes. We will also do monthly webinars for anyone who wants a refresher of Tripleseat or may have a new user that needs some additional training.  We will be taking Tripleseat on the road with 6-10 “Meet us for a drink” events schedule across the U.S stay tuned for dates and locations. If you have not been to our Meet Us For a Drink event you should definitely come. They are a lot of fun and you can meet Tripleseat users and Tripleseat staff.

  • This is a great review of 2015! And also a great heads up on what you are planning for 2016. I would love to make contact with someone in regards to booking one of your “Meet for Drinks” events if you plan on holding one in the L.A. area. Also, I just wanted to mention while you are in the process of redesigning your site/software, please consider adding an auto-mated e-mail option we can use to send out reminders and follow-ups for leads and/or clients. That would be a huge addition!
