I have always found the “Help” area of any software to not be too much help at all. It was either much to wordy for me, or way to technical. Most of the time the Help area looks like it was put there as an after thought. I believe if you need assistance then the software should provide you with the help you need and not require you to have a Phd in computer mumbo jumbo.
So, I am putting my money where my mouth is and creating a “video help”. Instead of reading a novel of stuff you could really care less about we are providing a video “how to” for Tripleseat.
The first of many installments is How to Create and Account This video will show you how to easily create an Account within Tripleseat.
Take a look at the video and let me know what you think. Soon we will have this video and others embedded inside of Tripleseat.
