Jonathan Morse

CEO / Co-founder

Jonathan has been involved in the restaurant and hotel business for 30+ years with roles ranging from a busboy at Abadessa's in Hingham, MA, to line cook at Atlantic Café in Nantucket, to Floor Manager at Backbay Restaurant Group, to New England Regional Sales Manager for Starwood Hotels. Before starting Tripleseat, Jonathan was a VP of Sales for a web startup that delivered Business Intelligence reporting to the restaurant industry. When not working on making Tripleseat more awesome, Jonathan spends his time with his wife Lisa, twin girls, Eliza and Sophie and coaching his son Owen's lacrosse team.

Favorite food

Homemade smoked babyback ribs washed down with Wachussets Country Ale or Cisco Grey Lady outside on the summer night on Nantucket.

Kevin Zink

CTO / Co-founder

Kevin is just a regular dude who writes a lot of code and strives to build a great company. He enjoys having a fun work environment, creating software that simplifies peoples lives (and doesn't suck), typing furious on his keyboard, and eating subway sangwiches (yes, that's spelled with a "g").

Fun facts

He really enjoys working on home improvement projects and fixing things around the house. When asked for random facts, he told us he didn't consume an "adult beverage" until 22 years of age. He described it as "unfortunuate". Even though he slaves tirelessly to continue to make Tripleseat great, Kevin competes fiercely in several online video games (current titles include: Heroes of the Storm and Rocket League).

Brian Neste

Product Management

Brian is Director of Account Management for Tripleseat. A lifelong love of food and fun led Brian to a degree in hotel and restaurant management and a career in sales and catering automation. Before joining Tripleseat, he spent 15 years in various marketing, training, and product management positions. Brian proves that Tripleseat is more than just software, by helping clients improve and streamline their private dining processes, effectively manage leads, and book more business. When he’s not busy making Tripleseat clients happy, you’ll find him outdoors snowboarding, surfing or hiking.

Favorite foods

Brian loves any local and organic food with a particular penchant for creative preparations of vegetables like roasted brussels sprouts or artichokes in wine sauce. And since life’s too short to eat healthy all the time, Brian indulges in other favorites including tater tots and anything chocolate.

Latha Youngren


Latha's (pronounced Lay-ta) interest in hospitality began at a young age, which led her to waitress through her high school years in Providence, RI. After graduating from Barnard and working in publishing for a couple years, she moved to Paris where she tended bar and worked at a magazine. After a brief stint in SF, she made her way back to NYC where she has worked in marketing and events for a variety of companies and is thrilled to have landed at Tripleseat full-time. Latha recently made the move to Maplewood, NJ (she NEVER thought she’d be a Jersey girl) and spends her spare time with her husband and two young children. She enjoys traveling, reading, and keeping up with the latest NYC restaurant openings.

Favorite meal

Latha's favorite meal is a cheese plate with something stinky on it accompanied by a glass of wine.

Her favorite restaurant is Blue Hill at Stone Barns.

Ben Faden

East Coast Sales

Ben Faden LOVES food. Working in restaurants since before he was “legally” allowed to, Mr. Faden has worked for some of the leading restaurant groups in the country, eventually being asked to be part of the creative and opening teams for two successful new restaurant concepts in Chicago. After spending nearly a decade managing national political campaigns and a brief stint in managing consulting, Mr. Faden joined Tripleseat to help bring the restaurant industry into the 20th Century!

Random fact

Ben is an obsessive Formula One fan and bourbon aficionado.

Favorite food idea

His favorite food which he has never eaten is deep fried Foie Gras, perhaps covered in chocolate ... and bacon.

Sean Hogan

Southeast Sales

Starting as a college intern for a quarter-share resort in northern New Hampshire, Sean was led to a career in hospitality automation. With over 15 years experience, Sean has worked with some of the largest hospitality groups in the US installing, supporting and selling various types of solutions ranging from Sales & Catering to Property Management Systems. Sean has a degree in Business Management and a minor in Mathematics. When he’s not busy selling Tripleseat, you’ll find Sean spending time with his wife (Danielle) and 2 sons (Chase and Bennett) or on the golf course (trying to bring his 10 handicap down to the single digits).

Fun facts

Sean has a hidden desire for cheesy cinema. His favorite categories include: Genetically engineered animals gone wrong, severely disfigured mutant men with sharp weapons, and any movie that has a sequel of 3 or higher.

Erik Dickison

Sales Guy out West

Erik joined Tripleseat in 2015 as the West Coast Sales Manager. Erik graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Restaurant & Hotel Management and went on to become a Managing Partner for Brinker International. In the last 10 years, Erik worked for a software company providing Business Intelligence reports to the restaurant industry. Married to his high school sweetheart, Erik is based outside of Dallas, Texas, where he currently spends all of his spare time as a certified "Dance Dad" for his two teenage daughters.

Fun facts

Erik's first job was as a dishwasher at a Chinese Restaurant in Denver, CO where he was paid cash under the table at 14 years old. He caught the hospitality bug and has been involved in the industry ever since.

Marcus Craigwell

Inside Sales

Marcus is a native of Boston, MA and a die hard Patriots, Red Sox, Celtics and Boston Cannons fan (Lacrosse, don't ask). He specializes in his communication with people with his bubbly personality, which is helpful as an inside sales manager for Tripleseat.

Fun Fact

When he's not scheduling web demonstrations you can find him coaching and molding the minds of young lacrosse players. He is a proud Hobart Statesman alum and is often compared to the looks of Will Smith and Denzel Washington, not sure why ;).

Caroline Wise

Support and Training

Caroline graduated from Boston University School of Hospitality and has always worked in the hospitality field. Before she joined Tripleseat, she gained experience from events and hotels to restaurants and technology sales in locations from Boston to Aspen to Australia.

Fun Fact

When she's not working you can find her snowboarding, running, golfing or doing some other outdoor activity.

Kate Napoli

Account Support

Kate has been involved in the hospitality business for 15 years with roles ranging from a pizza maker at the local Pizza Parlor to a hostess at The Outback Steakhouse to a Director at The Ritz-Carlton, Key Biscayne. Kate is comfortable in all facets of hospitality and needs to be restrained from hopping behind a bar to mix her favorite libation. When not working at the greatest place on earth - Tripleseat – Kate spends her time with her family, friends, and her devoted majestic monster: her dog, Duncan.

Favorite meal

Kate's favorite meal is homemade paprika crusted ahi tuna with a Coors Light to wash it down.

Lisa Morse

Menu Ninja

As the menu ninja with Tripleseat, Lisa is a walking dictionary of everything menus. From Boston to San Francisco, Lisa know what menu items are hot and what is not. The same holds true for wine and fancy cocktails. If there was a game about menu items, Lisa would win hands down.

Fun Fact

Lisa has been married to Jonathan for 20 years and is constantly hungry due to all the menus she enters for Tripleseat.

Julie Taylor

Finance Manager

Julie joined Tripleseat in June of 2014 as the Finance and Accounts Receivable Manager. She graduated from Salem State with a degree in Accounting and, prior to Tripleseat, worked at Stride Rite for 10 years. When not counting all the beans, Julie is busy keeping track of her three grown kids.

Fun Fact

She's member of the 4X's Acton Mass Indoor Women Soccer Champion team and 2X's Veteran Cup Women Soccer Champion team and teammate of Menu Ninja Lisa Morse.

Favorite meal is anything italian with a glass of wine.

Brian Bommarito

Senior Developer

Brian Bommarito is a coder who has been coding for longer than he can remember. He has worked in many different areas of software development and landed on the Tripleseat team in 2014. When not working, Brian is generally either watching movies or TV, playing video games, or just sitting around relaxing.

Fun facts

Brian was born in Sicily and came to the US when he was 6 years old. He speaks Italian and German fluently, Sicilan to some degree, and likes to pretend he can speak Swahili. He also runs a small charity in his local area working with children in various children's hospitals.

Peter Popovics

Front End / Developer

Peter joined Tripleseat in March of 2015 as a software engineer, mostly in front end development. He graduated from Corvinus University Hungary in 2006, studying economics and finance. Over time, he didn't work for companies in the country in which he actually lives and decided to make a career out of doing what he's always loved: programming. Peter loves good movies, unhealthy foods, playing piano and having long walks with his wife in the beautiful city of Budapest.

Fun facts

Peter has wanted to make videogames ever since he played International Karate on the Commodore 64. When you see him sitting in silence for a suspiciously long time, he is probably collecting ideas for his new computer game, planned to be released somewhere in the near future. “The game will change the world and everything”, he says.

Lauren Rubino

Account Support

Lauren joined the Support team in September of 2015. Working in the Hospitality industry over the last 12 years and doing every job imaginable from dishwasher to bookkeeper, she has a very diverse background. A graduate of UMass Amherst, her hobbies include netflix, power napping, DIY projects gone wrong, dining out and ordering the same thing every time.

Katie Marsh

Southwest and Midwest Sales

Katie is passionate about her family, the mountains and restaurants! Starting early in the restaurant world as a server and hostess - she made a slight diversion into politics in college. After a few years in DC working for a National Defense contractor, she returned to her home state of Colorado to manage an apres ski bar in Vail (while continuing to work for the NSA from "table 20"). Katie then headed to Cornell for her Masters in Management of Hospitality and on to Las Vegas working for a restaurant business intelligence software company. Now back in Aspen, Katie is enjoying life in the mountains with her husband, daughter and chocolate lab, Ziggy.

"Aussie barbecue" on her roof-top deck complete with a fire-pit, outdoor kitchen, mountain views, good friends and great wine... and Pinons Restaurant.
