Jonathan Morse CEO / Co-founder

Jonathan has been involved in the restaurant and hotel business for 30+ years with roles ranging from a busboy at Abadessa's in Hingham, MA, to line cook at Atlantic Café in Nantucket, to Floor Manager at Backbay Restaurant Group, to New England Regional Sales Manager for Starwood Hotels. Before starting Tripleseat, Jonathan was a VP of Sales for a web startup that delivered Business Intelligence reporting to the restaurant industry. When not working on making Tripleseat more awesome, Jonathan spends his time with his wife Lisa, twin girls, Eliza and Sophie and coaching his son Owen's lacrosse team.

Favorite food

Homemade smoked babyback ribs washed down with Wachussets Country Ale or Cisco Grey Lady outside in the summer night on Nantucket.

Dusty Davidson Vice President of Marketing / Co-founder

Dusty is a former software developer turned marketing and product guy. After a short stint in corporate America, he decided that what he really wanted was to build a great software company, and surround himself with smart, passionate people. He now spends his days figuring out how to let the world know how great Tripleseat is. Outside of work (though certainly related), he enjoys traveling the world and eating great meals – from dive bars to the world’s top restaurants.

Fun facts

It’s no secret that Dusty is addicted to Diet Mt. Dew, as demonstrated by the countless empty cans that line his desk at the end of each day. He also has a slight addiction to Oregon Pinot Noir, though thankfully not quite in the same quantity.

Kevin Zink Vice President of Engineering / Co-founder

Kevin is just a dude who writes a lot of code and strives to build a great, hugely successful company. He really enjoys having a fun work environment, creating software that simplifies peoples lives (and doesn't suck), and ogling well-designed websites. During the workday, he frequently tries to expose his fellow coworkers to his stellar* tastes in music (like cool electronic stuff and, yes, top 40 radio), much to their dismay!

Fun facts

He really enjoys working on home improvement projects and fixing things around the house. When asked for random facts, he told us he didn't consume an "adult beverage" until 22 years of age. He described it as "unfortunuate". Even though he slaves tirelessly to continue to make Tripleseat rock, Kevin is still able to achieve a "Master League" rating in Starcraft II.

Brian Neste Director of Accounts and Support

Brian is Director of Account Management for Tripleseat. A lifelong love of food and fun led Brian to a degree in hotel and restaurant management and a career in sales and catering automation. Before joining Tripleseat, he spent 15 years in various marketing, training, and product management positions. Brian proves that Tripleseat is more than just software, by helping clients improve and streamline their private dining processes, effectively manage leads, and book more business. When he’s not busy making Tripleseat clients happy, you’ll find him outdoors snowboarding, surfing or hiking.

Favorite foods

Brian loves any local and organic food with a particular penchant for creative preparations of vegetables like roasted brussels sprouts or artichokes in wine sauce. And since life’s too short to eat healthy all the time, Brian indulges in other favorites including tater tots and anything chocolate.

Ben Faden National sales manager

Ben Faden LOVES food. Working in restaurants since before he was “legally” allowed to, Mr. Faden has worked for some of the leading restaurant groups in the country, eventually being asked to be part of the creative and opening teams for two successful new restaurant concepts in Chicago. After spending nearly a decade managing national political campaigns and a brief stint in managing consulting, Mr. Faden joined Tripleseat to help bring the restaurant industry into the 20th Century!

Random fact

Ben is an obsessive Formula One fan and bourbon aficionado.

Favorite food idea

His favorite food which he has never eaten is deep fried Foie Gras, perhaps covered in chocolate ... and bacon.

Tony Neocker Lead Developer

Whether he's coding furiously at the office or in a coffee house, working to create the best software in the biz, you'll often find Tony with headphones on, listening to some rock or rap or folk or trance and certainly blocking out any top 40 poppycock that Kevin turned on. In the evenings, when he's not coding furiously on Tripleseat or some other sundry project, you'll often find him at a rock or rap or folk or trance concert.

Fun facts

Tony began his life of coding at the age of 8 on an Atari 800XL, and to this day maintains that it was one of the best systems he's ever used. Tony's favorite food is his mother's stromboli, which also happens to be the Noecker family's holiday dinner for the last decade or two. And despite Rick's belief that it doesn't exist, Tony does maintain the blog Rick's Daily Hair.

Katie Napli - Account manager

Katie has been involved in the hospitality business for 15 years with roles ranging from a pizza maker at the local Pizza Parlor to a hostess at The Outback Steakhouse to a Director at The Ritz-Carlton, Key Biscayne. Katie is comfortable in all facets of hospitality and needs to be restrained from hopping behind a bar to mix her favorite libation. When not working at the greatest place on earth – Tripleseat – Katie spends her time with her family, friends, and her devoted majestic monster: her dog, Duncan.

Favorite meal

Katie's favorite meal is homemade paprika crusted ahi tuna with a Coors Light to wash it down.

Latha Youngren - Restaurant event planner in residence

Latha’s (pronounced Lay-ta) interest in hospitality began at a young age which led her to waitress through her high school years in Providence, RI. After graduating college and working in publishing for a couple years, Latha made the big move to Paris, France. Most recently, she was able to meld her professional and personal interests by doing events for ilili Restaurant and now working with Tripleseat. Latha resides in Park Slope, Brooklyn with her husband, Soren, and their 30lb cat, Beau. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, watching Bravo shows, and keeping up with the latest NYC restaurant openings.

Favorite meal

Latha's favorite meal is a cheese plate with something stinky on it accompanied by a glass of wine.

Favorite restaurant

Her favorite restaurant is Blue Hill at Stone Barns.

Rick Knudtson UI/UX Designer

Though he spends most of this time complaining about the world's strange obsession with the font Papyrus and helping Tony curate the (sadly) mythical "Rick's Daily Hair" blog, Rick's third (some would argue most important) task is to make everything about Tripleseat look awesome. When he's not designing new features or improving the look and feel of existing ones, Rick enjoys playing frisbee sports and biking.

Fun facts

Rick aspires to one day beat Kevin at Starcraft II. Once he does, he has plans to develop a new rating with the working title "Master League Destroyer". Being born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska it's quite cliché and no surprise that his favorite food is steak and mashed potatoes. If that includes a Lucky Bucket IPA, #winning!
